Can I pick my child’s level?
Please note that children’s classes are arranged by levels. Our world class instructors assess each student’s during the registration process and place them in classes according to their individual proficiency levels. Every student moves upwards through the classes based on their progress and technique development. Classes are carried out with a focused balance between entertainment, discipline, technique and musicality.
Are the instructors certified?
Ms. Reiko M-Choeng is a very experienced Certified Instructor in both Polestar Pilates and Stott Pilates. Ms. Reiko is also certified in Stott Pilates for Injury and Special population. She will apply her knowledge to correct your posture and enhance your dancing techniques using body weight exercises or some the Pilates equipment that she is certified to use.
What is the registration fee?
All Adult classes are drop-in and do not require prior registration. Open Ballet and Open Contemporary & Jazz are 1h30min classes.

Ballet is a graceful form of dance that is beautiful to watch, but also comes with an immense range of health benefits. The long, lean appearance of a ballerina is the well-earned fruit of strict training and intense workouts, and now the ballet body of your dreams can be a reality. You can build lean muscle, develop strength, flexibility, agility and endurance to improve performance. The Dubai Dance Academy’s Ballet Barre Workout classes are highly recommended for this purpose. You will use your whole body and get a great cardio workout which will also increase your flexibility muscle coordination.
